Coldest Night of the Year - 2km/5km family-friendly fundraising walk

The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a super-fun, family-friendly fundraising walk that supports local charity partners who provide essential care and service for people experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger. Armagh is proud to partner with CNOY for the February 26th, 2022 event.

 You can support Armagh and the women and children fleeing violence in Peel Region by:

  1. Organizing a team with your friends and family and walk with us on February 26th

  2. Organizing a team and do your own virtual walk on any day in February on any route you choose in your own neighbourhood

  3. Signing up as an individual walker and walk with us in person or do your own walk virtually

  4. Register as an individual or team at https://cnoy.org/location/mississaugalakeshore and begin fundraising!

  • 4:00PM: Walker Check-In Begins

    5:00PM: Opening Remarks & A Message from Hazel McCallion

    5:15PM: Walk Send-Off (For all distances)

    5:30PM: Light meal served

    6:00PM: Check-In Closes

    6:30PM: Rest Stop Closes

    7:00PM: Route Closes

    Cabin Barber is providing food, firepits, and muskoka chairs at the Check-In/Kick-Off Entrance.

  • How do I register?

    Do I have to join the in-person event?

    Participants are given the option to join us in-person or virtually. Although, we do encourage participants to join us for an evening of fun!

    How are donations made?

    Donations can be completed online using this link https://cnoy.org/location/mississaugalakeshore or your team’s direct page link. Individuals who donate $20 and above receive tax receipts within 24 hours directly to their email. **If a donor would like to make a cash or cheque donation, please email christie@armaghhouse.ca for instructions.

    Is there a registration fee for CNOY?

    No, there is no registration fee to participate in this walk!

    How do I get a CNOY Toque?

    Youth (17 and under) who raise $75+ and Adults (18 and over) who raise $150+ will receive a free exclusive CNOY Toque!
