Mississauga firefighters go extra mile to help local shelter

MISSISSAUGA – A local women’s shelter has finally renovated one of its hallways with new flooring, thanks to Mississauga firefighters who volunteered their time to complete the job. During a regular inspection of the building at Armagh House, a women’s shelter serving Peel region, Mississauga firefighters came across an almost two-decades-old floor that was in bad shape and tearing apart.
